Comment: After this fabulous year at Ladue and with the Still family I became a pediatrician and childpsychiatrist in Salzburg/Austria, married in 1969 Brigitte and am still very happy with her, my son David (documentary filmer) and our granddaughter Leni and healthy. Since my retirement I split my time between my hometown Salzburg and Vienna, the greek island of Paros and medical humanitarian work mainly in Africa (see youtube: The community hospital in Serabu/Sierra Leone). I am still convinced that my year at Ladue was deceicive for my very successful further life! Thank you all! |

I enjoyed working on the 50th Reunion Committee (after working on the 40th). Great memories. Looking forward to more fun times together. still enjoy getting together for lunches an occasional dinners with classmates.
I have been blessed with two daughters and five grandsons! Three live in Boulder and two in KC. If she is good, Deby & I will have our 50th Anniversary in November!!! I have been an Insurance Broker over 40 years; with the Daniel & Henry Insurance Agency for 30 years. Enjoying travel, golf, biking, dining, sporting events, etc. Best Wishes for Good Health to all. Still working with the reunion Committee preparing for the 55th event. Sally has done an amazing job keeping the process moving; and Warren Winer keeps us 'in budget'. Hope you all can join us next week.......... |

Comment:
I am forever grateful to Michael Ewing and his parents for taking me in when my family moved to Colorado in November of our senior year which allowed me to stay at Ladue and graduate. This also gave me the opportunity to take a train ride to Colorado during spring break. Jill McMahon was also on the train with some friends to go skiing. When Jill and I connected on the train and started dating I got to experience my first girlfriend. So thanks to Michael and Jill my senior year was filled with wonder and beauty. My wife Kathie and I moved to Edmonds, Washington six years ago to be by our daughter Sarah and husband Bryce with their 3 kids, Lola, Leo and Leny. We love it up here living close to the amazing Puget Sound. There's a great pickleball community here which is how I spend most of my time when I'm not writing poetry. I hope you're all doing well and find time to have a good laugh every day. |

Dear Highschool Friends, I came to the 30th reunion and now I'm planning to attend our 50th! My email address had changed so I didn't get the first call for information from the graduates of 1964. Have touched base with Doug Taylor and look forward to seeing more old acquaintences in September. Fondly, Carol |
