I live in Columbia, MO with my husband Hank. Our daughter and her family are in St. Louis. I am a wellness coach and lead exercise and yoga classes. In recent years I have focused more on work with "seniors:" not the 17 year old kind but those in their 70's, 80's and 90s. |
