Comment:
After graduating from Ladue, I attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, obtained a BS in Secondary Education and then an MS in Guidance and Counseling. I taught English at the High School level. Currently my focus is in teaching ESL to internationals and refugees. My husband, Rick, an attorney and pilot, has drawn me into flying, pheasant hunting and boating. We enjoy travel, hiking, outdoor symphony performances and wildlife in our own backyard. We have two sons and ten gandchildren who motivate us to travel to Huntsville, AL, and to Ann Arbor, MI. I look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion! |

Comment: After 37 years working for the May Department Store Company (Famous-Barr, Lord & Taylor, Filene's and Foley's) and a transfer to Salt Lake City by Macy's, I was able to retire in 2008. We have been asked by our church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints..."Mormon") on three occasions to fill voluntary assignments in Sweden (the land of my fore-fathers). Our fifth child, Emily, was born there in 1978. I currently serve as an ecclesiastical leader (Branch President) at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah and in the Provo City Center Temple. I spend one day each week helping people with their Swedish family history (genealogy) at a local Family History Center. Though busy with other things, our greatest enjoyment comes from our seven children and 29 grandchildren. Even though we have lived in many places, I still consider St. Louis to be home ("Go Cardinals!") and Ladue High my "Alma Mater". I'm looking forward to seeing friends from long ago who were such an important part of my growing up. |

It's always good to connect with the past and bring back Fond memories. 2021 update.. Now have 3 grandchildren. Such a blessing. I am still working but do what I want. Lots of travel overseas mostly Europe and domestically hanging out in Naples mostly and Orlando. Summers are at our lake house only 45 minutes west of STL. Near New Melle and Augusta. Playing tennis twice a week and some golf. Nancy and I are blessed with good health. Nancy keeps in shape swimming. Look forward to another reunion hopefully in the next year or so. |
