CA has been the amazing place to live that I imagined. My children know no difference like I do, coming from MO. I garden almost every day as I have a large lot in this modest sized city, with about 40 rosebushes, very many succulents, lawns, sculptures; everything looks beautiful together. I write poems, volunteer at the library, take care of one of my granchildren every other week in San Mateo, practice yoga and c'hi quoing. I've been retired from teaching then counseling for about 7 years. I have 2 MA's, education from Columbia, counseling from JFK University. The reunion promoses to be wonderful; have a grand time!....... Deceased September 2016 |
